Medicine Hat Minor Hockey Association has an opening for a part-time Office Assistant reporting to the Administration Manager. As the Office Assistant you will be the front line to assist our members on the phone, emails and in person efficiently, professional and friendly. We are looking for someone who can work deadlines, multi-task, and be a self-starter in a fast paced environment. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.

Some of your duties will entail:

  • Processing registrations and payments.
  • Administrator responsible for MHMHA TeamSnap account
  • Assisting members on how to register through TeamSnap
  • Carding players
  • Other duties will be decided upon hire


  • Previous administrative experience with proficient software skills including Microsoft Office 365 and One Drive
  • Knowledge of TeamSnap is an asset but wiliness to learn is acceptable
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Establish work priorities and ensure deadlines are met
  • A general knowledge of Minor Hockey administration is an asset

The hours will be 9:00 am – 1:00 pm Monday to Friday. There may be the occasional extra hours required during registration season.

Salary is $18/hr.
