2025-2026 SET (AAA) Registration Info

To our MHMHA community,

You will notice that the registration fees for AAA are aligned similarly with our AA and CAHL rep teams. While the structure differs from SEAC- where they set annual team fees upfront, for the 2025-2026 season AAA teams will use the same framework as our AA teams (user-pay).

The AAA Head Coach and staff will have full discretion over what additional funds may be needed throughout the season. The MHMHA Board will maintain oversight of all operating financials to ensure clarity.

Unlike the SEAC model, where a set fee was determined and collected upfront, we do not yet have enough operational data within our new structure to accurately predict all team related costs in advance.

As a result, this season will be used to evaluate and better understand the actual expenses associated with running AAA teams. The information gathered from our three teams this year will allow us to establish a more accurate and appropriate fee structure for the 2026–2027 season.

To help our AAA teams hit the ground running, we have already begun preparations for necessary items such as practice jerseys, apparel, showcase deposits and other team essentials. These will be additional costs to families once the teams are formed.
