Special General Meeting and AGM 2022

Dear Members;
NOTICE of a Special General Meeting of the Medicine Hat Minor Hockey Association:
• June 20, 2022 – 6:15pm
• Kinplex Social Room (2055 21 Ave. SE., Medicine Hat)
• To propose a special resolution as follows:
o That the current by-laws of MHMHA be amended and replaced with by-laws to be presented. A copy of the proposed by-laws will be posted on the MHMHA website one week prior.
NOTICE of the Annual General Meeting of the Medicine Hat Minor Hockey Association:

POSITIONS TO BE ELECTED:
1. President (2 year term remaining)
2. Vice President (2 year term remaining)
3. -NOTE: following the adoption of the by-laws as proposed, this Executive position will be assigned (renamed), upon motion duly made by the Board of Directors, to the position of Vice President – Operations, in accordance with the proposed amended by-laws:

o Vice President – Governance (3 year term)
o Director RMFHL (2 year term)
o Director Female City (2 year term)
o Director Intro to Hockey (2 year term)
o Director CAHL (2 year term)
o Director of Travel/Rep Hockey (2 year term)
All members are encouraged to attend! Any discussion items need to be submitted, for consideration, in writing by June 13, 2022.

2022 SEAC Fall Development and Conditioning Camp

The South East Athletic Club  (SEAC) is happy to once again offer in conjunction with the South Alberta Hockey Academy (SAHA) a Skills & Development Camp – August 13 – 17th.    The Camp will focus on individual skill development for player & goalies, off ice training, and classroom instruction.  This is specific to U15 First Year(2009), U15 Second Year(2008), U17 Players(2006-2007).  Goalies will pay the same price.   There will be at least 1 goalie specific session, and goalie instruction on the ice

Looking for your child’s Hockey Canada ID?

Hello to all those that are scrambling at the last minute to sign up for the 2020/2021 Hockey Season. Here is how to find your child’s Hockey Canada ID:
 
Find your ID in your Hockey Canada Registry (HCR) Account
Go to the Hockey Canada registry website: 
Enter your login credentials and click Log In – Connexion
Go to My Registration History
Click Print Receipt below your most recent registration
Click Open on the pop up that appears at the bottom of your screen
Your Hockey Canada ID(s) will be displayed on your registration receipt
 
Find your ID in your Respect In Sport (RIS) Account:
Go to the Respect In Sport – Parents website for the organization you are a member of:
Click to select your language preference
Enter your login credentials (username and password) and click Login
Click on Profile
Click on Child Management
Once in Child Management, you will see Hockey Canada ID(s) for your players
