U18 City Crush champions
The Medicine Hat U18 Crush finished their season on a high note winning the 5c banner at the Yelnats Cup in Cochrane. The Crush went 4-1 and needed a 7th round shootout victory to make it to the final where they faced off against a tier 3 CAHL team from Lethbridge (Hurricanes). The Crush came from behind in the 3rd in a hard fought game to win 4-3 and take the banner! Congratulations to our 5 graduating players (Maddox Hunt, Conor Mannion, Kieran Bonagofsky, Beaudrie Rivard, and Kaiden Prawdzik) on a successful end to their minor hockey career!
U18 AA Hounds – SCAHL South Champions
Another big congratulations to our U18 AA Hounds who brought home the SCAHL South banner. 
They will now battle Cochrane for the SCAHL League Championship. Winner is off to Provincials! Best of luck, Hounds!

U18 City Tournament Champs
The U18 Crush battled hard this weekend and came out on top to win the U18 NBC Hockey in the Rockies tournament. The Crush battled from behind early on and won 4-3 over the host Cochrane Sellwood Selects.

Please note rosters for both the U16 and U18 CAHL teams will not be final until all player releases are complete from their respective AA teams above. The purpose of these assesments is to build both a U16 roster and U18 roster to enter in the CAHL. Once the U16 roster is complete remaining 2007 players will have the option to join the U18 CAHL team. If you are a 2007 and originally registered in U18 and would like to try out for the U16 team please notify cahl@mhmha.ca |
