MHMHA City League Penalty Minutes Tracking System Guideline.

U11
Once a player reaches 50 penalty minutes in total = 1 game suspension and for every 25 minutes thereafter the suspension will be doubled.
U13 or U15
Once a player reaches 75 minutes in total= 1 game suspension and for every 25 minutes thereafter the suspension will be doubled.
*Penalty minutes will not be accumulated from games while playing as an affiliated player. Only penalty minutes with the players registered team will be included in this total.
*No suspended player is allowed on the bench, in the timekeeper box , dressing room or within 50 feet of the players benches one hour before, during and after a game.
