MHMHA Feedback Policy #

At MHMHA, the board of directors and employees, are continually improving on evaluation processes, player selections, and the overall operation of the association.   The board of directors and employees conduct themselves with integrity and aim to provide both impartial and transparent processes.  We encourage constructive feedback in effort to enhance and improve on these processes.  There will always be differing views on the processes and there is no perfect way to complete evaluations in which all members agree 100% with the said results.  That being said, any member who provides direct feedback to a MHMHA board member, employee, or MHMHA representative, in which a direct question and accusation on the integrity of the process is made, the correspondence will be deemed to be in direct violation of the MHMHA code of conduct, and the said member will receive an immediate one-week suspension from all MHMHA events.  Any subsequent violations will result in further discipline.

This policy is meant to ensure respectful and appropriate communication is received.
