Communication Policy #
To continue to promote a respectful association and assist with appropriate time management, any communication to a MHMHA Board member or employee, will now only be accepted through an email form. No member shall phone or text a MHMHA Board member or employee directly to their cell phone to air a grievance, provide direct feedback, question processes, or general inquiries. Email will be the only format that will be addressed or answered keeping in mind the code of conduct policy, the 24-hour policy and the feedback policy.
Any member who violates this policy will be suspended from all MHMHA events for a period of one-week. Further incidents will receive additional disciplinary actions.
